Privacy Statement
 It is Webtrak Trading's policy to respect and protect the security and privacy of our customers and the users of our web sites. Through this Internet Privacy Statement, we want to assure users of our web sites that we do not sell, share, or rent user information to third parties in any manner or form.
We may provide identifying and account information in special cases as required by law or legal process to protect and defend the rights and safety of our web sites and its users. This includes providing Internet Protocol (IP) address information in our logs gathered for the purpose of prosecuting attempted credit card fraud or unauthorized use of our web site.
Each time you connect to the Internet your computer is automatically assigned an Internet Protocol (IP) address by your Internet service provider (ISP). This is a set of numbers which identifies the time, date and Internet service provider (ISP) you used to access our web site.

 Strong precautions are taken to protect the information given by our customers. When our customers submit information via our web sites, that information is protected both on-line and off-line.

While on a secure page on our web sites, such as our check out process, the lock icon on the bottom of browsers such as Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Firefox becomes locked. This insures any information given is being transmitted via secure channels, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just browsing.
Feel confident that information you provide will only be viewed by Webtrak Trading and used solely to process your order with us. Additional precautions we take for security include removing your payment information from our secure on-line server once your payment is processed. We do not store payment information on-line.
While we use the highest level of SSL encryption methods to protect sensitive information while online, we also protect all user information off-line on independent servers in our office. We do not contract the storage of data to any third party.

Special Offers and Opting Out
Webtrak Trading with permission at checkout will on occasion send our customers discount coupons, site announcements and specials which contain important information about offers which we believe to be of extra value to our customers.
We communicate with our customers via email for this purpose unless we are requested to use another method. Contacts can be for new services, new products, product discounts, or notification of special offers.
Email messages used to notify our customers about special offers include an "Unsubscribe" feature to "Opt Out" of future mailings. Simply "Reply" back to the email message and type "Unsubscribe" in the subject field. Upon receipt of the reply, we will change your preference to opt out of future mailings.
