Warranty
At Webtrak Trading, we are committed to providing you with quality products and customer service. Any media received defective will be replaced with the same product if available.
Webtrak Trading handles all warranty issues for all software products sold by us.
Warranty Returns
Requests for RMA to return a product for a warranty issue can be made anytime during the first 30 days after purchase. Replacement covers defects in materials or workmanship. Replacements do not cover issues relating to abuse.
If the item was purchased under 10 days from the RMA request date and returned within 10 days from the date the RMA was issued, we cover all return shipping cost. We will credit your account for your return shipping cost. The amount credited to your account will be limited to the amount paid when you purchased your item.
Orders that were shipped free do not qualify for a return shipping credit. Orders shipped overnight will only be credited at the Priority Mail rate.
If the item was purchased over 10 days from the RMA request date but less than 30 days from the purchase date, return shipping charges to us is the responsibility of the customer. We will cover the shipping cost back to the customer.
Any product returned to Webtrak Trading as a warranty issue and is determined not to be defective, the product will only be returned to the buyer at their expense.
Webtrak Trading is not responsible for issues determined to be technical, abuse, and or tampering.
